At the same time, there is a need to maintain as many connections with partners and clients as possible. What should be done in such a situation, is it necessary to make changes to the founding documents due to the change of the legal address (location) of the enterprise, and what are the peculiarities of such actions during martial law? These and other questions were addressed by the head of the corporate practice at Alekseyev, Boyarchukov &#038; Partners Law Firm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the lawyer&#8217;s report sparked a lively discussion among those present.
