<em><strong>Svitlana Fursa<\/strong><\/em>, who noted the role of the notary system in our country, also emphasized the important mission currently facing education and science in preparing harmoniously developed and morally-ethical specialists in the field of law, including notaries. This task can be accomplished through the combination of the educational process with students&#8217; scientific activities and the practical component in mastering knowledge about their future profession. Notarial activity is not abstract, therefore it has directions for development, and every notary feels this and knows that without science, the problems that arise in their practice cannot be resolved. Especially in the age of information technology, the application of artificial intelligence, and its influence on notarial activity. He pointed out that it is precisely through the joint efforts of university scholars and practicing professionals that students can be prepared at a decent level so that in the future they join the ranks of notaries as highly professional and morally-ethical specialists.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scientists <em><strong>Boshytskyi Yu.<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Fursa S.<\/strong><\/em> They wished the participants of the round table inspiration, good creative ideas for the development of Ukrainian science on notarial practice for the benefit of our state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The reports by notaries were interesting, meaningful, and informatively rich, drawing attention to the importance, complexity, and moral-ethical principles of the notary profession, its responsibilities, and emphasized that nowadays notaries, in addition to their primary notarial function, also perform additional roles, including those of a state registrar, financial monitoring agent, mediator, etc., as well as the role of notaries during their transitional period with the introduction of the e-notary system, the role of notaries during martial law, and especially those issues that arise regarding the execution of certain notarial acts involving a foreign element. I. Zelenkova highlighted questions of interest to students, in particular access to the notary profession and issues concerning the notary assistant\u2019s compliance with the principle of notarial secrets. They concluded that performing all these functions requires deep knowledge of both substantive and procedural law, which they drew the students&#8217; attention to. Notaries shared with the students their knowledge gained through professional skills, understanding the important significance that the combination of science and practice currently holds, through which the science of notarial work in Ukraine develops. The report topics are relevant, and it should be noted that they put in maximum effort to prepare such scientific work in the 2nd year of study, worked productively with the teacher, and formulated appropriate conclusions.
