topic was held at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine <strong>&#8220;Development of Legal Education at KUL NASU \u2013 History, Present, Prospects.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This event was dedicated to the issues of the development of science at KUL NASU and to the 40th anniversary of scientific work and the 65th birthday of the rector of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine <strong><em>Yuriy Ladislavovych Boshytskyi<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scientists, public and political figures, academic staff, graduate students and university students, as well as foreign partners of KUL NASU participated in the round table style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Yuriy Boshytskyi<\/strong><\/em> He addressed the participants of the round table meeting with a welcoming speech and spoke about the achievements of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the field of legal science and education over the past 18 years, and also outlined some plans for the university&#8217;s activities for the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine <em><strong>Serhiy Pyrozhkov<\/strong><\/em> conveyed greetings to the participants of the round table from the President of the NAS of Ukraine <em><strong>Anatoliy Zahorodniy,<\/strong><\/em> which noted the importance of protecting human rights and freedoms, providing assistance and legal support to servicemen and veterans, the functioning of the national legal system, the activities of international institutions, volunteer organizations, ensuring the rule of law, which underlines the importance of legal education, especially under martial law conditions.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-3' style=\"text-align: justify;\">And also reported that <strong>September 19, 2024 <\/strong>a presentation took place at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine<strong> the first Scientific and Practical Commentary on the Law of Ukraine &#8216;On Lawmaking Activity&#8217; in Ukraine<\/strong>, which has been prepared based on a summary of the latest legal doctrine, taking into account the
