Over the past two weeks, every Thursday, with the assistance of the rector’s adviser, a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Iryna Sopilko<\/strong><\/em> and the organization of the head of the Department of General Theoretical Legal and Social-Humanitarian Disciplines Serhiy Matveyev<\/strong><\/em> Students of higher education at the first (bachelor’s) level in the specialties 081 ‘Law’ and 293 ‘International Law’ participated in online lectures by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on relevant and interesting thematic areas: the International Criminal Court, ratification of the Rome Statute, and judicial control over the restriction of the right to freedom in the context of Decision No. 7-r(II)\/2024 of June 19, 2024.<\/p>\n
