awareness but also the desire for change and legal renewal in the conditions of the ongoing war.<\/p>\n<p>Pro-Rector Ivan Kaylo read out the address of the rector of KUL NASU Yuriy Boshytskyi to the conference participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With words of greeting, the following addressed those present: <strong><em>Skrypnyuk Oleksandr Vasyliovych<\/em><\/strong>, Director of the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law, <em><strong>Zhuravel Volodymyr Andriyovych<\/strong><\/em>, President of the NAPS of Ukraine, <strong><em>Petryshyn Oleksandr Vitaliyovych<\/em><\/strong>, judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, <strong><em>Holovaty Serhiy Petrovych<\/em><\/strong>, Former Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Head of the Center for Legal Terminology of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, <strong><em>Karpachova Nina Ivanivna<\/em><\/strong>, First Deputy Chairman of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine, Vice President of the European Institute of the Ombudsman, <strong><em>Ustymenko Volodymyr Anatoliyovych<\/em><\/strong>, Director of the State Institution \u00abV.K. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, <strong><em>Kvasha Oksana Oleksandrivna<\/em><\/strong>, Deputy Chairman of the High Council of Justice, and others<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants of the event focused their attention on the issues of reviewing the provisions of the Basic Law, emphasizing that these processes should take place systematically, in close connection with the state&#8217;s European integration priorities. They also talked about constitutional values, the problem of the Constitution&#8217;s stability in the context of social transformations, and the prospects of constitutional regulation of social
