They also reminded that the European Court of Human Rights consistently upholds the important role of lawyers in the judicial system in its practice, highlighting their mission \u2013 to protect the rights and interests of participants in court proceedings. The lecture provided examples of ECHR decisions that confirm the key role of the legal profession in ensuring the right to a fair trial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For master&#8217;s students, such a lecture became a valuable educational experience: they were able to directly hear the position of the judges of the Constitutional Court on complex legal issues, as well as see how the Ukrainian legal system integrates into the European legal space.
