This innovative publication combines philosophical, theological, and legal approaches, revealing law as a multidimensional phenomenon of culture, spirituality, and thought.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Author collective consisting of <em><strong>Yuriy Boshytskyi, Oleksiy Braslavets, Nataliya Veselovska, Volodymyr Pavlov<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Svitlana Stezhko<\/strong><\/em> he managed to present law not only as a set of norms, but as the spiritual experience of humanity, preserved in words. Five chapters \u2014 <em>\u201cLaw through the Prism of Theology and Philosophy\u201d<\/em>, <em>\u00abDigests: Law and Power in Sentences and Sayings\u00bb<\/em>, <em>&#8220;Tradition: Law in the Proverbs and Sayings of the Peoples of the World&#8221;<\/em>, <em>\u2018Sentences of Roman Law\u2019<\/em> and <em>\u00abAD VERBUM\u00bb<\/em> \u2014 constructed as an integral space of spiritual and professional knowledge. It is through the living words of great thinkers that the 21st-century lawyer can realize that the power of the law is born from an inner desire for justice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The manual is recommended for publication by the Academic Council of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Its scientific reviewers were leading scholars: <em><strong>Ruslana Atashkade<\/strong><\/em> (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv), <em><strong>Oleh Hanba<\/strong><\/em> (National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky) <em><strong>Ruslan Katsavets<\/strong><\/em> (National Academy of Management) and <em><strong>Inna Knysh<\/strong><\/em> (National Technical University &#8220;Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The publication has not only educational but also educational significance. It contributes to the formation of the worldview integrity of the future lawyer, develops the culture of legal thinking, rhetoric, and the ability to see law in the context of human values.
