The issues of regulating the creation, protection, and use of intellectual property objects, the distribution of IP rights in contracts for the performance of scientific research and development and contracts for cooperation in conducting scientific research (R&D contracts) between scientific institutions and enterprises, state authorities, international organizations and funds, foreign institutions, and organizations have been considered.<\/p>\n

The legislation and practice of regulating intellectual property relations in R&D contracts of various countries have been analyzed. Proposals for bringing legislative regulation and the practice of concluding R&D contracts in Ukraine closer, as well as regulating intellectual property relations in contracts, in line with European Union practice, have been substantiated.<\/p>\n
