A master class on the topic ‘Practical aspects of certain procedural documents or how to read them between the lines’ took place at KUL NASU

On May 27, a master class in an online format on the topic took place at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine “Practical Aspects of Certain Procedural Documents or How to Read Them Between the Lines”.

The speakers of the event were:

  • Nadiya Drozdovych – Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure at Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, who revealed the topic of the requisites of court decisions as encoded information for lawyers.
  • Oleksandra Vilinska – a student of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, an assistant to a lawyer at the law office “Yevhen Boyko”, who presented at the master class the topic of drafting procedural documents in legal practice (lawyer’s requests, applications, and motions).

The event was attended not only by students of the 1st-4th years of KUL NASU, but also by students of law faculties from other educational institutions across Ukraine: Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, National University “Odesa Law Academy,” National Academy of Internal Affairs.

The master class became a wonderful extension of the theoretical educational program provided to law students, as it significantly touched on the practical aspects of a lawyer’s activities. In addition, thanks to this event, students from other universities had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Kyiv University of Law and the advantages that we can offer to law students.
