We are pleased to announce that submissions remain open for the next issue of the Kyiv University Law Review.

Submissions are currently being accepted for issue No. 2, 2025.

The submission deadline is 24.06.2025 .

Pursuant to Order No. 1643 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 28.12.2019, the Kyiv University Law Review was included in the List of Academic Professional Publications of Ukraine, Category B (Legal Sciences), and is also indexed in international catalogues and scientometric databases.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1543 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 20.12.2023: NOT A SPECIALIZED ACADEMIC PUBLICATION.

The Kyiv University Law Review is a quarterly academic and theoretical legal journal founded in 2001 by Kyiv University of Law of the NAS of Ukraine and the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine.

The journal covers current issues in the theory and history of state and law, public administration, administrative, constitutional, international, financial, civil and business, agricultural and environmental law, criminology, criminal law, and criminal procedure. It also reports on academic events and the experience of legal education in Ukraine and publishes reviews of legal research and textbooks.

The publication is intended for researchers, lecturers, postgraduate students, and students.

Each issue contains 400–430 A4-format pages.

The journal is distributed among public authorities and administrative bodies, within Ukraine’s higher education system, to law schools, law firms, and other organizations. The Kyiv University Law Review may also be subscribed to through the Catalogue of Publications of Ukraine (subscription index: 23994).

The Kyiv University Law Review is included in the international scientometric databases “Index Copernicus International” (Poland), “HeinOnline” (USA), and Google scholar.
