Contemporary Criminal Law Scholarship in Ukraine

Research at the University is conducted by its departments. Their principal tasks are to undertake applied legal research, improve the educational process, train highly qualified professionals, develop students’ creative abilities, and publish original research.

To accomplish these tasks, the University’s structural units cooperate with the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and its affiliated institutions, combining theoretical achievements with practical experience.

The research activities of academic staff address contemporary issues in jurisprudence and contribute to improving the educational process.

PhD students and members of the University’s student research groups participate in departmental research, gain research experience, and apply their knowledge in their own scholarship and studies.
