Educational Programme 081 “Law”, Second (Master’s) Cycle

The professional educational programme in Law for second-cycle (Master’s) students in field of study 08 Law, speciality 081 Law, was developed in accordance with the Higher Education Standard for speciality 081 Law, approved by Order No. 1053 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 12 August 2020, by the educational programme working group within the speciality support group of Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The professional educational programme reflects the characteristics and principal trends of legal scholarship and practice, contemporary political and legal doctrines and concepts, and the fundamental principles of international law and cooperation.
