Registration is handled by the Admissions Committee of Kyiv University of Law of NASU through the interaction of two services operated by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment and the state enterprise Inforesurs.
Registration for the main session is open from 23 April to 14 May 2026, and registration for the supplementary session is open from 26-28 May 2026.
Please note that creating a request for an examination sheet is the first step in registration and is completed using a dedicated service in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (the EDEBO service). For assistance with access to the EDEBO service or its operation, please contact the state enterprise Inforesurs.
To register successfully, follow this procedure
1. Prepare the required registration documents:
- a completed application form containing the information required to issue the examination sheet;
- scan an identity document (Ukrainian passport booklet: pages 1-2 and pages 3-5 if it contains several photographs; ID card: both sides; Ukrainian passport for travel abroad: pages 1-2; or permanent residence permit: all pages or both sides of the card), save it as one .jpeg/.jpg file up to 1 MB;
- scan the taxpayer registration card and save it as a .jpeg/.jpg file up to 1 MB;
- scan a certificate of expected completion of studies (for applicants graduating from a higher education institution this year) and save it as a .jpeg/.jpg file up to 1 MB;
- scan a higher education qualification document at Bachelor’s level or above and its supplement (save them as separate .jpeg/.jpg files up to 1 MB) if you completed your studies in a previous year;
- scan a colour or black-and-white document photograph showing the applicant at their current age and save it as a .jpeg/.jpg file up to 1 MB
- scan a medical certificate using primary medical record form 086-3/o if special conditions are required for taking the EVI/EFVV.
2. For remote registration, email the Admissions Committee at vstup@kup.edu.ua scanned copies or photographs of the registration documents certified with a qualified electronic signature (QES).
ATTENTION!!! Important!!! Master’s applicants who plan to register remotely for the EVI and EFVV must obtain a qualified digital signature.
Important! The email subject line must include your surname, first name, and patronymic. The body of the email must include your surname, first name, patronymic, and taxpayer registration number, if available.
Before sending the email, carefully check the information entered in the application form.
3. Receive a scanned copy of the examination sheet.
An Admissions Committee representative will check that all required registration documents are present and correctly completed.
If registration is successful, an electronic copy of the examination sheet in .pdf format will be sent to the email address specified in the application form. Paper and electronic copies will also be retained by the Admissions Committee. If you find any errors in the examination sheet, contact the Admissions Committee.
You may collect the original paper examination sheet in person from the Admissions Committee or receive it by post if you indicated this requirement in the application form.
If the document review establishes that an applicant is not eligible to participate in the competitive selection, an Admissions Committee representative will send a registration refusal stating the reason to the email address from which the documents were submitted.
For every participant who receives an examination sheet, an Applicant Account information page is created on the Ukrainian Center’s website. It can be accessed using the examination sheet number and the PIN code shown on it.
