
A meeting was held between representatives of the ‘Phoenix’ legal clinic of KUL NASU and a practicing lawyer
On May 10, 2024, an online meeting took place between representatives of the ‘Phoenix’ Legal Clinic of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a lawyer, human rights defender, and practicing attorney. Ksenia Panasiuk.
At this meeting, the head of the legal clinic ‘Phoenix’ of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Philosophy Mykola Maliy invited lawyer, human rights defender, practicing attorney Ksenia Panask to share practical experience and give a presentation on the topic Current issues of search, detection and recording of evidence and proving in civil proceedings.
The report based on real practical cases in the field of advocacy by the esteemed guest Kseniya Panasyuk aroused considerable interest from the representatives of the ‘Phoenix’ Legal Clinic of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Also, during the meeting, higher legal education students received valuable practical advice regarding professional activities and became acquainted with the mechanisms for implementing the rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens in the field of civil law in practice.
It is obvious that holding joint meetings with experts in the field of jurisprudence, namely practicing lawyers, provides a unique opportunity for our students of higher legal education to receive valuable knowledge directly from the source and to acquire a number of practical skills on their way to becoming legal practitioners of the third electronic millennium.
