A scientific-practical seminar was held at KUL NASU

On February 15, 2023, a scientific-practical seminar on the topic was held at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Current Issues of Advocacy in Ukraine, the organizer and moderator of which was an associate professor of the Department of International Law and Sectoral Legal Disciplines Tolkachova Irina Anatoliivna. Participants in this event were higher education students of specialty 081 ‘Law’, who prepared informative reports with presentations.

During the seminar, there was a lively discussion, with the speakers expressing their own views and positions regarding the following topics: ‘Trends in the development of advocacy,’ ‘Organizational and legal issues of practicing law in providing free legal aid,’ ‘Compliance with the Rules of Legal Ethics in the practice of law,’ ‘Modern issues of observing the guarantees of legal practice,’ ‘Problems of protecting the professional rights of lawyers,’ ‘Features of concluding a contract for the provision of legal assistance’ etc.

At the conclusion of the scientific-practical seminar, the results were summarized.
