At KUL NASU, a guest lecture by lawyer Volodymyr Kula took place on the topic “Review of Court Decisions in Administrative Cases”

At the initiative of the candidate of legal sciences, associate professor, associate professor of the Department of International and Private Law of Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Natalia Ilieva On April 30, 2026, within the framework of the academic discipline ‘Administrative Judiciary’ for higher education students of KUL NASU majoring in ‘Law’ (2nd year, full-time form of study) a lawyer Volodymyr Kulya gave a guest lecture ‘Review of Court Decisions in Administrative Cases’.

Lawyer Volodymyr Kula shared his practical experience in conducting legal practice with higher education students and spoke about the review of court decisions in administrative cases in practice. During the lecture, issues regarding the consideration of public-law disputes, determining their legal nature, the specifics of appellate and cassation proceedings in administrative judiciary, as well as the importance of judicial practice in resolving disputes arising in the field of public-law relations, were highlighted.

Conducting a lecture within the specified academic discipline ensured the integration of theoretical training with practical aspects of administrative proceedings and contributed to the deepening of the professional knowledge of higher education students.
