As part of establishing cooperation between the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and State Enterprise ‘Defense Procurement Agency’ Applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education D8 (081) “Law” and D9 (293) “International Law” at KUL NASU have received the opportunity to undergo a thematic internship “Legal Practice in Defense Procurement”.
Let us note that the main mission of the SE «“Defense Procurement Agencies” are a high-quality and prompt provider of ammunition, UAVs, equipment, food, clothing, and fuel and lubricants for the Defense Forces of Ukraine. SE «The Defense Procurement Agency in its activities is focused on addressing the urgent needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and assists our military in bringing our Victory closer.
This offer for applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education at KUL NASU was made by the Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel Management and Administrative Support of the SE ‘Defence Procurement Agency’ Matviy SPIRIT. Involving applicants in internships within the team of the State Enterprise ‘Defense Procurement Agency’ takes place as part of the expansion of cooperation with KUL NASU.
The aim of the program is to involve young lawyers in work in the field of defense procurement through practical immersion in the activities of the claims and litigation department, with the possibility of further employment in the positions of legal advisors. An informal approach to practice is offered to applicants — involving them in real cases, providing the opportunity to gain real practical experience, and working under the mentorship of specialists and the department head.

- analyze contracts and case law;
