Confirmation of the choice of place of study: action algorithm
Website osvita.ua provided information that is important for the successful completion of the admission algorithm to higher education institutions, the content of which, adapted to the admission rules of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, is presented below.
After applicants receive a recommendation for admission to an institution of higher education, each applicant must confirm their place of study in order to become a student.
The Ministry of Education and Science, together with the state enterprise «Inforesurs», developed instruction, which are to be done by applicants recommended for enrollment in the state-funded places.
Compliance with enrollment requirements
In educational institution During the fulfillment of the admission requirements, the applicant must sign the application online using a digital signature or Diia. The signature (is in the process of being implemented).
Also, the applicant can personally sign the printed application and upload its scanned copy to the electronic cabinet.
In in the electronic cabinet All applicants must sign the application using a digital signature (KEP) or Diia.Sign.
Applicants who are in the territory de-occupied after September 1, 2022, or abroad, and cannot obtain a digital signature on their ID card, can upload a scanned copy of a self-signed application.
Applying EDS
In the ‘Submitted Applications for Admission’ module, the applicant must select the required application with the status ‘Recommended (contract)’ and click ‘Confirm the choice of place of education’.
At the same time, the applicant must confirm that he has been informed about the obligation for citizens of Ukraine subject to military service to submit a military registration document (the mark is set by all applicants, regardless of gender).
Then the applicant must select the ‘Apply Qualified Electronic Signature’ option and click the ‘Apply QES’ button.
For direct application of the EDS, the applicant must select the certification center that issued them the key, upload the key file, enter the password for it, and click the “Sign” button.
After this, it is necessary to refresh the page to make sure that the statement has been successfully signed. The date and time of signing should appear opposite it.
Important: Applicants whose data includes the RNOKPP can apply a QES in the electronic cabinet. For applicants who registered for the NMT in 2023, this data will be entered automatically. Other applicants need to contact the admissions office of the higher education institution to enter information into the database.
Uploading a scanned copy of the application
In order to download a scanned copy of the application, in the ‘Submitted Applications for Admission’ module, the applicant must select the required application with the status ‘Recommended (contract)’, click ‘Print electronic application’, fill in additional data, and click ‘Yes’.
After printing out the application, the applicant must sign it by hand. If it is not possible to print it out, the applicant can write the same application by hand and sign it.
After this, you need to select the required application again with a mark and click ‘Confirm the choice of place of education’.
The applicant must also confirm that he has been informed about the obligation for Ukrainian citizens subject to military conscription to submit a military registration document (the mark is applied by all applicants, regardless of gender).
Then the applicant must select the ‘Upload a scanned copy of the handwritten signed application’ option and upload a file in jpg, jpeg, or pdf format not exceeding 2 MB in size.
After this, it is necessary to refresh the page to make sure that the statement has been successfully signed. The date and time of signing should appear opposite it.
Cancellation of selection confirmation
To cancel the confirmation of the choice, you need to select the required application with a checkmark and click ‘Cancel the confirmation of the choice of the place of education (revoke EDS/delete the file)’.
After this, the applicant must read the warning text and click ‘Confirm’.
Important: an applicant can cancel the choice of study place only to moment of confirmation an educational institution in fulfilling the requirements for admission.
Deadlines for confirming a place of study on a budget
Each category of applicants (1st session) has its own deadline for confirming a place of study:
- August 20 – bachelor;
- August 29 – master based on a bachelor’s (specialist, master’s).
