Honorary guest of KUL NASU Olena Duma – Head of ARMA
Today, May 14, 2025, as part of the implementation of the revived creative project of the university ‘Dialogues of Famous Personalities with Students of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine,’ an extraordinary event took place within the walls of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine: an honorary delegation consisting of the Head of the Agency for the Recovery and Management of Assets (ARMA) visited us. Deer of Thoughts, Deputy Chairman of ARMA for European Integration Grigola Katamadze, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and European Integration of ARMA Vladyslava Zhornytskyi, Head of the Communications Department of ARMA Yuliya Kvitko.
A master class for higher education students of our university was conducted by an outstanding civil servant, a practicing lawyer with many years of experience, Head of ARMA Olena Duma.
Students, graduate students, staff, and teaching and research staff of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and its separate branches in the cities of Rivne, Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Uzhhorod today had a unique opportunity to obtain detailed information from Olena Duma’s report on the topic: “ARMA as an Economic Center for Combating Corruption” about the current and prospective activities of this central executive authority with a special status.
The relevance of the report’s topic upon its conclusion prompted a flurry of questions, which the speaker had the exclusive opportunity to receive from the attendees in a hybrid format at the scientific event — higher education seekers and staff of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and its separate structural divisions, which, in turn, led to an active scientific discussion.
At the end of the scientific and educational event, the rector of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, spoke. Yuriy Boshytskyi, who summarized the meeting, thanked the speaker and members of the honorary delegation as well as all those present, noting that today’s master class, conducted by the esteemed guest of our university, became another in the series of events aimed at reviving the glorious tradition of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine regarding the implementation of the university’s creative project ‘Dialogues of Famous Personalities with Students of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.’ The event was held with the support of the head of the university’s partner, the editor-in-chief The magazine ‘Kyiv Diplomatic’ & Magazine «Kyiv diplomatic» Oleksandra Kondratenko.
