Alla Ivanivna Vilchynska
Vice-Rector for Operations and Strategic Development
Born in Kyiv on 21 February 1962.
Attended School No. 200.
In 1981, she graduated from the City Teacher Training College. She later studied pedagogy and psychology at the M. P. Drahomanov Ukrainian State Pedagogical University, graduating in 1995.
From 1981 to 1994, she worked as an educator at preschool institutions Nos. 601, 736 and 62.
From 1994 to 1996, she was a senior educator at Preschool Institution No. 62.
From 1996 to 1999, she headed Preschool Institution No. 62.
In 1999, she transferred to the Higher School of Law at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine (subsequently Kyiv University of Law of the NAS of Ukraine) as Head of the Office.
From 2017, she headed the Department for the Operation and Development of the University’s Facilities and Infrastructure.
Since 8 April 2019, she has served as Acting Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs at KUL NASU.
