On April 24, 2026, Acting Head of the Department of International and Private Law of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Juridical Science, Professor Vitalii Chernega spoke as a speaker at the III International Scientific and Practical Conference Current Issues of Family Law, dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Iryna Volodymyrivna Zhylinkova.
The topic of the report of the mentioned contemporary civilist is selected problems and the potential of the content and architectonics of the provisions of Book 6 ‘Family Law’ of the draft Code of Private Law.
