Education

September 1999–June 2004 — studied Law at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and qualified as a lawyer.

September 2015–March 2018 — studied at the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, earning a master’s qualification in public-sector human resource management.

September 2018–August 2022 — doctoral student at Lviv Polytechnic National University.

In April 2023, she earned a PhD in Public Management and Administration at the National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine in Kharkiv. Her dissertation was entitled ‘Human Resource Management in Public Institutions during Socioeconomic Transformations in Ukraine’.

2023 — international professional development placement at WSL, Poland.

2024–2025 — studied at the School of American Law in Ukraine, in cooperation with Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Author and co-author of research publications, including articles in Scopus-indexed journals and contributions to collective monographs.

In 2020, she was elected to the eighth convocation of Stryi District Council.

March 1999–1 June 2007 — enforcement officer in the State Enforcement Service of the Pershotravnevyi District Department of Justice, Chernivtsi.

June 2007–14 March 2019 — worked at the Main Directorate of the State Labour Service in Lviv Oblast, Lviv. 

From 15 March 2019 — Head of the Administrative Services Centre Department of Zhydachiv District State Administration, Zhydachiv.

17 December 2019–16 April 2021 — Head of Zhydachiv District State Administration.
