In 1998, she graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with a degree in Law and qualified as a lawyer.
In April 2004, she defended her Candidate of Legal Sciences dissertation in specialty 12.00.07 – management theory; administrative law and procedure; financial law; information law.

- Main Directorate of the State Security Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, 1998–2000, legal adviser in the Legal Support Department.
- Postgraduate program of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, 2000–2003, postgraduate researcher.
- National Academy of Internal Affairs, 2003–2018, Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor in the Department of Economic and Legal Disciplines.
