Unforgettable Student’s Day at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine together with beloved singers!
On November 18, a ceremonial event dedicated to Student’s Day was held at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, organized by second-year female students. Karina Zinchenko and Anastasiya Semenyak under the leadership of the vice-rector for educational and career guidance work Mariia Huchko.
The university administration, faculty, and students took part in the festive program, turning the event into a real university celebration.
The meeting began solemnly — with the performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine and honoring the memory of fallen soldiers with a moment of silence.
With a welcoming speech and sincere greetings, the rector of Kyiv University of Law, a professor, addressed the student community Yuriy Boshytskyi, who emphasized the importance of the role of youth in shaping the country’s future and developing legal education. Reminded students about the origin of International Students’ Day and its symbolic significance for the global and Ukrainian student community.
Traditionally, the university rector honored the most active and successful students with certificates, and gave the best students a textbook as a gift “Jurisprudence in Quotes and Aphorisms” — for their achievements, active participation in projects, and contribution to the development of the university community, and wished the students inspiration, new accomplishments, courage in realizing their own dreams, and confidence in their future.
The highlight of the event was that the students’ favorite singers were invited to the celebration – the band ‘Molodi’ and Ostrovsky, which gave the attendees bright musical performances and created a festive atmosphere.
Everyone sang their favorite songs together, which created a sense of unity and true student spirit. The invited artists — the band “Molodi” and Ostrovskyi — shared sincere impressions in an interview, talked about their creativity, interests, and support for young people. The bright performances of the artists, the energy of the audience, and the youthful mood made this day truly special.
At the conclusion of the event, the rector Yuriy Boshytskyi thanked the guests for participating in the celebration, for supporting and congratulating the students of our university, and gave them memorable gifts as a sign of respect and gratitude.
