Working meeting of the Rector of KUL NASU with the Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Design and Advertising of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts
On July 7, 2026, within the walls of the National Academy of Cultural and Arts Management, a working meeting took place with the rector of Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Professor Yuriy Boshytskyi with the director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Design and Advertising of the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management, a board member of the Union of Designers of Ukraine, the head of the Scientific and Methodical Council on Design of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, professor Yevhen Antonovych.
The National Academy of Culture and Arts Management is one of the leading higher education institutions in Ukraine in the field of culture, art, and design. The Academy trains highly qualified specialists, provides postgraduate education and professional development for workers in the field of culture and arts, as well as for public servants.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for the development of the partnership, in particular in the field of copyright, intellectual property law, legal support of creative activities, implementation of joint scientific, educational, and outreach projects, holding scientific and practical conferences, round tables, seminars, guest lectures, as well as academic interaction between teachers and students of the two higher education institutions.
Professor Yevhen Antonovych acquainted the rector of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with the history of the formation of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts, its structure, main directions of educational and scientific activities, as well as modern approaches to training future designers. Special attention was paid to the diploma and qualification works of the Academy’s graduates, which demonstrate a high professional level, creative potential, and practical orientation.
During his stay at the Academy, Yuriy Boshytsky also visited the exhibition gallery, where he familiarized himself with the exhibition of graduation works by students of the ‘Design’ specialty. The presented works made a positive impression with their high artistic skill, modern design solutions, and the creativity of the authors.
In response, the rector of the University of Law handed over specialized legal publications to the Academy’s library, prepared by the scholars of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which will be useful for students and teachers.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed confidence that the initiated dialogue would become the basis for a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership. The development of cooperation between the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National Academy of Executive Personnel of Culture and Arts will promote the integration of legal science with the fields of culture, art, and design, the training of competitive specialists, and the strengthening of Ukraine’s intellectual and cultural potential.
