Pavel Klima

   The succint résumé
   JUDr. et Mgr. Pavel Klíma studied Law at the Faculty of Charles University in Prague where he first received a Master´s degree with its respective academic title “Mgr.“ and afterwards the academic title of “Doctor in Law“ (abbreviation “JUDr.“).
   Besides his studies at the Law Faculty, Mr. Pavel Klíma also graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, firstly from the Bachelor´s degree program – in the field of “International Territorial Studies“ (academic title of Bachelor – “Bc.“) and subsequently from the Master´s degree program – in the field of “European Studies“ (academic title of Master – “Mgr.“).
Dr. Pavel Klíma has attended a wide range of legal and language courses  abroad. First of all, a one-year study stay at the Law Faculty of the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse (France) where he acquired a university diploma – “European Union Studies diploma“ (in French “Diplome d´études de l´Union Européenne“), one-month language studies at language schools in Manchester (United Kingdom) and Granada (Spain), as well as legal courses at the law summer school of the European Union, International and Constitutional Law in Igalo (Montenegro) and Manchester (United Kingdom) and at the summer school of International Private Law in the Haag (Netherlands).
   Within his professional career, Dr. Pavel Klíma has been performing legal-related professional practice within the field of the advocacy (Bar) as well as in the company branch. Since 2011, he has become a member of the Czech Bar Association and since then, he has been performing the profession of Attorney at Law (Advokát) within his own legal office. Presently, his practice is focused on the areas of Civil, Business, Criminal and Constitutional Law.   
   Furthermore, since 2011 has become lecturer (pedagogue) at the Metropolitan University Prague where he focuses on the Law of the European Union.
In his free time, he devotes himself above all to the study of foreign languages. He speaks Engligh, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Romanian fluently. Presently, he is focusing on the Arabic language.
