At KUL NASU, the final meetings of the scientific clubs ‘Justice’ and ‘Experts in Financial Law’ took place

On June 12, 2023, final meetings of scientific circles on civil law were held at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine «Justice» and financial law Experts in Financial Law, whose leaders are associate professors of the Department of International Law and Sectoral Legal Disciplines Tolkachova Irina Anatoliivna and professor of the Department of International Law and Branch Legal Disciplines Brihinets Oleksandr Oleksiyovych.

Students of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education in the specialty 081 “Law” participated in the work of scientific clubs, having prepared substantive reports with presentations. Reports on civil law were prepared on the following topics: “Problems of protecting property rights under martial law”, “Power of attorney and representation”, “Features of the contract on the establishment of a land easement and others. Presentations on the following topics have been prepared in financial law:  “International currency markets”, “Legal support of the state’s currency security as a structural element of the state’s financial security”, “Regulation of cryptocurrency circulation in the EU”, “Currency reserves” and others.

During the club activities, there was an active discussion of the reports, students expressed their own views, positions, and debated.
