At the Kyiv University of Law, an open day was held for applicants to the bachelor’s and master’s programs

On May 11, the regular conference dedicated to the 2023 admission campaign took place. The online meeting was attended by both high school graduates and fourth-year students who are expecting to enter the master’s program this year, as well as a group of law enforcement officers from the central apparatus of the National Police.

The webinar was opened by the responsible secretary of the admissions committee of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Ivan KanfuandHe reminded the applicants about the main stages of the admission campaign and the specifics of submitting documents, and answered organizational questions that interested those present.

Also, the head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure spoke to the applicants Valeriy Andrusiv and head of the Department of General Theoretical Legal and Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines Serhiy Matviev. The lecturers talked about the features of studying in the ‘Law’ specialty and the advantages of our university in particular. The head of the Department of International Law and Branch Legal Disciplines introduced applicants to the specialty ‘International Law’. Oksana Khorvatova.

Students of KUL NASU were also present at the meeting so that the guests of the open day could get information about studying at the university firsthand. In particular, a 4th-year student of the university spoke with the applicants. Anastasia Mayorova and introduced the attendees to the video digest, which helped future applicants learn more about our university.

And some of those present at the meeting were able to see KUL NASU with their own eyes. For applicants who came in person that day, a tour of the university was conducted. The most striking impressions were made by the museums: the museum of counterfeiting and piracy, the museum of computer technologies and forensic equipment named after V.M. Glushkov, and the forensic museum named after Hans Gross.
