Kyiv University of Law continues career guidance work

On May 18, an online conference was held between the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and school students from the western region. The event coincided with Vyshyvanka Day, which added a festive atmosphere to the meeting. Future applicants communicated with university representatives regarding this year’s admissions campaign and the specifics of studying at KUL NASU. After all, an important question now stands before them: which institution to choose for higher education.

 The advantages of studying at our university were presented to eleventh graders by the responsible secretary of the admissions committee Ivan Vasylovych Kanfui – Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, Candidate of Legal Sciences, and members of the admissions committee: Head of the Department of International Law and Comparative Jurisprudence Oksana Olehivna Khorvatova, head of the department of general theoretical legal and socio-humanitarian disciplines Serhiy Vasylovych Matviyev and the head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure Valeriy Hryhorovych Andrusiv. The attendees gave detailed explanations to the students about the specifics of submitting documents for admission in 2023 and presented the activities of the departments they head at the Kyiv University of Law, which greatly interested the future applicants.

A fourth-year student of International Law, the head of the Committee on Information and Student Relations, spoke on behalf of the student body. Anastasia Mayorova. She introduced the guests to the practical component of studying at KUL NASU from a student’s experience.

The effect of maximum immersion in the future of learning at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was achieved through a virtual tour in the form of video clips.
