Educational Programme 081 “Law”, First (Bachelor’s) Cycle
The professional educational programme in Law for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) students in field of study 08 Law, speciality 081 Law, was developed in accordance with the Higher Education Standard for speciality 081 Law, field of study 08 Law, approved by Order No. 644 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 20 July 2022, by the educational programme working group within the speciality support group of Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The educational programme for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) students in speciality 081 Law specifies the number of ECTS credits required for the degree; graduate competencies; the required educational content expressed as learning outcomes; forms of student assessment; internal quality-assurance requirements; and the regulatory documents on which the programme is based.
Educational Programme 293 “International Law”, First (Bachelor’s) Cycle
The professional educational programme reflects the characteristics and principal trends of legal scholarship and practice, contemporary political and legal doctrines and concepts, and the fundamental principles of international law and cooperation.
The programme provides advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in speciality 293 International Law, together with the competencies required to perform innovative professional tasks in the legal field. It draws on general legal theory, current research and legal practice, international legal standards, and the protection of human and civil rights and interests. The programme develops an understanding of the nature and functions of all areas of international law, its principal legal institutions, the application of legal rules, and effective mechanisms for protecting infringed rights and legitimate interests.

The professional educational programme in Law for second-cycle (Master’s) students in field of study 08 Law, speciality 081 Law, was developed in accordance with the Higher Education Standard for speciality 081 Law, approved by Order No. 1053 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 12 August 2020, by the educational programme working group within the speciality support group of Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
