Born on 18 October 1979 in Kyiv.
From 1996 to 2011, she held various positions within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In 2010, she defended her Candidate of Legal Sciences dissertation entitled “Legal Regulation of Financial Control Exercised by Law-Enforcement Agencies” in specialty 12.00.07 – Administrative Law and Procedure; Financial Law; Information Law.
From 2011 to May 2016, she was Head of the Department of Administrative Law at the Prince Volodymyr the Great Institute of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
Associate Professor (the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law was awarded in 2015, Minutes No. 3/02-D of 30 June 2015).
From May 2016 to September 2018, she was Head and Professor of the Department of Administrative, Financial and Banking Law at the Prince Volodymyr the Great Educational and Research Institute of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, and Deputy Head of the Department of Constitutional Law, History and Theory of State and Law at the Academy.
In 2018, she defended her Doctor of Legal Sciences dissertation entitled “Administrative and Legal Foundations for Ensuring Ukraine’s Financial and Economic Security” (specialty 12.00.07 – Administrative Law and Procedure; Financial Law; Information Law).
From 2019 to 2021, she was Professor of the Department of Private and Public Law, Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Law, Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.
Since January 2022, she has headed the Research Department for Countering Cybercrime and Information-Security Threats at the Interdepartmental Research Centre under the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.
In 2022, she was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Civil, Commercial and Labour Law.
Since September 2023, she has concurrently served as Professor of the Department of International Law and Sectoral Legal Disciplines at Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
