Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure

Born on 5 February 1989 in Spychyntsi, Pohrebyshche District, Vinnytsia Region.

Education:

  • In 2006, enrolled at the National Academy of Internal Affairs and, after graduating, received a Specialist diploma in Law and the qualification of lawyer;
  • In 2013, entered postgraduate studies at the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

In 2016, defended a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in specialty 12.00.09 — Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics; Forensic Examination; Operational and Investigative Activities, titled “Procedural Foundations of International Cooperation in the Investigation of Criminal Offences”.

In 2021, the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science awarded her the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics.

Since March 2023, she has served as Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure and Head of the Phoenix Legal Clinic.

Courses taught:

Contemporary Issues in Anti-Corruption Legislation; Particularities of Organising, Conducting, and Using the Results of Covert Investigative Activities; Doctrinal Issues in the Classification of Criminal Corruption Offences.
