Oksana Viktorivna Melnychenko

Department of International and Private Law

Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Department of International Law and Sectoral Legal Disciplines of KUL NASU.

In 2006, she graduated with honors from Kyiv National Linguistic University, qualifying as a lawyer proficient in German and English.

In 2015, at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law, she defended her Candidate of Legal Sciences dissertation in specialty 12.00.03, titled “Division of Marital Property under the Legislation of Ukraine and the European Union.”

Since 2008, she has worked as a lecturer and associate professor in the Department of International Law and Sectoral Legal Disciplines of KUL NASU.
