The Academic Council of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine approved the rules for admission to study in 2023

0 On April 6, 2023, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was held. At this meeting, a number of important issues were considered and a number of decisions related to both the current and future activities of the university were adopted.

Certain changes were made to the personnel of the Academic Council due to industrial necessity.

At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman of the Academic Council of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine spoke, the rector, Prof. Boshytskyi Yu.L., who in his speech, among other things, congratulated the third-year student majoring in “International Law” Vitaly Vykhristenko with the election to the position of Chairman of the Student Parliament of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, stressing that the administration and scientific and pedagogical staff of the university are always open to constructive cooperation with student self-government bodies.

By decision of the Academic Council, the newly elected Chairman of the Student Parliament of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine VItaly by Vitaliyovych Vykhristenko was included in the Academic Council of the university.

• Regulations on the appeal commission of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine of Ukraine.

According to the proposal of the head of the post-graduate department of science of law, Assoc. Pereliginoi R.V. The academic council made decisions on approving programs and entrance exam tickets for admission to study for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy; approval of tentative topics of dissertation studies; approval of the cost of education for those obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy for 2023/2024 n.y.

According to the proposal of the vice-rector for educational and methodological work Antonova O.M. The Academic Council reviewed and approved the regulations “On planning, accounting and control of educational, scientific, methodical and organizational work by scientific and pedagogical workers”.

On the initiative of the vice-rector for administrative work Markevich A.M. The Academic Council approved the regulation “On accounting for the use of working time and payment of employees of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”.

During the meeting of the Academic Council of the Kyiv University of Laws of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Final Attestation Program (Attestation Examination) was also approved for students of the first (bachelor) level of higher education in specialty 081 “Law”; Final attestation program (attestation exam) for applicants of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in specialty 293 “International Law”; Final attestation program (attestation exam) for applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education in specialty 293 “International law”, initiated by Acting Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, Doctor of Law Andrusiv V.G. and acting Head of the Department of International Law and Branch Legal Disciplines, Doctor of Law, Assoc. O.O. Horvatova

On the proposal of the director of the Rivne Institute of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine I.V. Vetrova The Academic Council approved position “About the Olympiad on “Fundamentals of Legal Science” at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine”.

The Academic Council of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine continues to work hard on solving current and considering prospective issues of the development of our alma mater, which is especially relevant before the start of the entrance campaigns.
