The candidate for the position must:

to be a citizen of Ukraine;
to be fluent in the state language;
to have an academic degree of Doctor of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy / Candidate of Sciences;
to have work experience in positions of scientific and pedagogical workers for at least 5 years;
have at least 3 years of work experience in managerial positions;

to have work experience in scientific-pedagogical or pedagogical activities in educational institutions for at least 2 years;
comply with the Licensing Conditions for the conduct of educational activities;
to have no fewer than four achievements in professional activity over the past five years in accordance with paragraph 38 of the Licensing Conditions for Educational Activities, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 30, 2015 No. 1187, as amended by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 24, 2021 No. 365.

The requirement for having at least four achievements in professional activity does not apply if the candidate has less than three years of scientific and pedagogical work experience or has the status of a combatant participant.

comply with the Licensing Conditions for the conduct of educational activities;
